Alpha offers Disability Advocacy for veterans of the United States Armed Forces.
- Even If your medical condition was not caused by your service, you may qualify for benefits.
- If you receive benefits from the Veterans Administration (VA), you may qualify for more.
- If you are a surviving spouse, you may be entitled to survivor benefits.
- There is no cost to you unless we win your case or increase your benefits in appeals.
The VA can be a challenging bureaucracy. We are here to help you navigate the maze. The majority of our Advocates are veterans themselves and are independently accredited by the VA’s Office of General Counsel. We understand the challenges you face Enter your information below to be contacted for a no obligation consultation.
Note: All representation coordinated by Alpha is provided by our employees, the Advocates, who are accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). No private organization that trains and employs accredited agents has been legally recognized by the VA for the purposes of preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims. This work must be done by the Advocates themselves and not organizations.

My reply concerns veterans that had ambition and love for this country, enough to join the military.Unfortunately all of us could not complete a full tour of duty for various reasons.I feel that if a vet completes the basic requirements of 180 days or more of active duty and had valid issues for an abrupt discharge he/or she should be entitled to equal benefits, including a percentage of disability compensation. Some V.A. tend to find a million and one obstrutions for extendinding monetary benefits to those of us who somewhat,” fell short of the glory.”
