If you’re a veteran getting $770 a month from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for a disability rated at 50 percent and one of Alpha’s advocates fought to get you a 100 percent rating and an extra $1,900 in your pocket a month, would the service be worth paying for?
Alpha advocates help veterans get the most for every service-related condition they may have. If you choose an Alpha advocate to represent you before the VA, your advocate will take good care of you. What should you expect? More in benefits than you ever thought possible.
Alpha Advocates Fight for You and Won’t Give Up
If the VA denies your case or gives you a rating that is less than you wanted, you don’t have to settle for what the VA decides. You can appeal with the help of an advocate from Alpha. We never settle for less. We will fight back and we won’t give up until we win you every penny you deserve.
What is the Cost?
We are professionals, with the training and experience necessary to represent you. And as professionals, we are paid for the work that we do. How much do we get? Exactly what the VA’s Office of General Counsel (OGC) considers as fair for a fee-for-service representative such as the advocate at Alpha. The Advocate’s fee is subject to review by the VA’s Office of the General Counsel (OGC). The VA/OGC generally considers a fee of 20% of the retroactive award as a reasonable payment and we agree. Subject to the review of the OGC, and only if we win an appeal, your Alpha Advocate will be paid a one time fee of 20% of your retroactive award.
Why Alpha Advocates Win
Most of us are veterans and many of us are disabled. We have experienced the VA bureaucracy and know what it’s like to deal with a system that is swamped with disability claims competing for attention. This is why we intentionally keep our caseloads small so that we can focus our full attention on each and every veteran we serve. Though we are already independently accredited by the OGC, we also undergo our own vigorous training program headed by a former VSO with over 13 years of experience advocating for disabled veterans. Continuous study keeps us sharp about VA laws and regulations. We take the time to thoroughly develop every case, working closely with our veteran claimants throughout the process.
We are winning cases every day, all over the United States, for our fellow veterans. If getting the most in compensation benefits for the sacrifices you have made for your country is worth it to you, please contact us.
Note: All representation coordinated by Alpha is provided by our employees, the Advocates, who are accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). No private organization that trains and employs accredited agents has been legally recognized by the VA for the purposes of preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims. This work must be done by the Advocates themselves and not organizations.

I truely believe the people at Alpha are doing a very good job in helping veterans with their benefits. Stephen Vaughn has done a good job with my case and he has calmed me down and eased my fears very much. He also cares very much about me, by calling me and emailing me when times got tough for me.Hopefully my case will be finished soon and I will be very happy.
I left one thing out, whatever the cost may be, it will be worth it.
Just got started with Paul and he is a true professional. He got me all set to get the help that I need. Thanks Alpha.
I HAVE NOT STARTED MY CLAIM TO FAME YET, BUT FOR SOME REASON I TRUST ALPHA WITH MY BEST INTEREST IN MIND.THE U.S. NAVY HAS PLACED A GREAT DEAL OF HARDSHIPS ON MY MENTAL STATE OF MIND AND I WILL FIGHT FOR EVERY VETERANS RIGHTS. WIN OR LOSE, HOWEVER I WANT TO BE HEARD!!
I am very pleased with Alpha! Really there are no words. They really do fight for you. They are also very professional, like an above comment stated, they do care about you, they call and e-mail you to check on you and make sure everything is going ok, and they keep you informed on what’s going on, what they are waiting on, and what is expected next. 20% to some people may freak them out, but look at it like this, that’s 80% more in your pocket than you would’ve had without their help. They are great! 🙂
Would like to check the status of my appeal. Paul, can you let me know what is new?
