At Alpha we are proud to employ some of the most qualified workers in this economy – our veterans.

The veterans we hire as veterans disability advocates are trained to become independently accredited through the Veterans Administration’s (VA) Office of General Counsel. Additionally, they undergo specialized on-the-job training unique to Alpha’s mission of getting the veterans we serve the highest level of compensation possible from the VA. The Alpha training program is also supported by the Veterans Affairs Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Service.

What we don’t need to do is train our advocates on how to be passionate about their work. They already come to us with that passion. They believe in service to their fellow veterans and we are happy to be able to give them an environment to complete that service.  Read their stories in the Alpha Views section of this Web site to understand what I mean.

We currently have Alpha job openings for Disability Advocates.  We are also looking to hire veterans disability Claims Coordinators. Their job is to assist Alpha advocates in managing their caseloads of VA compensation and pension claims.
